HELP ME TAKE THE CITY!
HEY FAMILY & FRIENDS
When I was 14 years old, I experienced my first mission trip in the city of Atlanta. There, I immediately knew that I wanted to use my life to actively love the broken and lost and effectively address the needs of the poor and marginalized. Scripture says that when Jesus “saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd.” (Matthew 9:36). Before I knew what it would look like, I knew God put a fire in me to love people the same way that Jesus has loved me.
In 2021, I had the opportunity to intern under City Taker’s urban missionaries, and I knew then, that I was called to missions full-time. These experiences have served to grow me as a leader, a man of God, and a compassion-driven follower of Christ. My time with City Takers has grown my heart and eyes for the poor, marginalized, and oppressed, given me practical skills to bring about transformation in people’s lives and my environment, and given me opportunity to lead and teach others to do the same.
I hope to continue this work that I have been given the opportunity to do, and I am trusting the Lord will continue to shape me into a faithful steward of those whose lives I am able to impact.
LIFE AS AN URBAN MISSIONARY
Being a missionary has taught me that Jesus’ call to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them” (Matthew 28:19-20) is a call for all who are followers of him. However, missionaries have a unique role— We are the “first responders” of the Church, being dispatched in every place we can, looking for needs to meet and broken situations to intervene and intercede in.
When I was called to ministry, Isaiah 58:12 became my anthem and prayer. It says, “Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes.” As a missionary, I have been learning what it means to address brokenness, teach lost people to “abide” in Him, and free those in both physical and spiritual prisons.
With your prayerful support, I can continue this work the Lord has called me to in the city of Atlanta and beyond!

I’m asking if you would consider supporting me in this new journey.
I am responsible for raising funds for my salary and ministry expenses, and depend on consistent support from concerned individuals and churches, Would you prayerfully consider joining my team at $20, $50, $100 monthly or any other amount significant to you?
I will be supporting, organizing and leading community outreach initiatives that will break cycles of poverty, crime, addiction and fatherlessness through the transformative truth of Jesus Christ. Your financial support in any amount is appreciated. Together we will transform lives and make an eternal impact.

Ways that you can partner with me in prayer.
That the Lord would continue to disciple and grow me in knowledge of His truth and practical wisdom.
Prayers as I complete my education so I will be more equipped to steward the opportunities He is giving me.
That He would impart to me fresh ideas and strategies to continue making an effective impact, brining about real transformation.
That the Lord would continue to use me to make large impact through his power, not mine. (Judges 7:13)
Prayers for the ministry of City Takers as we are in a season of “building,” that the Lord will expand our people, territory, and resources.
