City Takers SWFL

CITY TAKERS strives to see the urban/hip-hop culture reached and transformed with the Gospel. We believe this is accomplished by LOVING, DRAWING and BUILDING people in a cycle that multiplies urban missionaries as leaders of change in their city. CITY TAKERS is a movement of radical love in action with attention to the poor and marginalized and the desire that all experience Jesus.

February 26th, 2022 City Takers launched a Mission Base in Southwest Florida.

Carrying the name and DNA of the founding movement in Atlanta, Ga. a team of urban missionaries led by Greg Jackson are loving, drawing and building their city with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The SWFL mission base is hosting weekly discipleship classes and community programming.

In addition to drawing people with the Gospel and social services, they are providing space for marketplace ministry through their coffee shop and pop-up shops.

The movement is multiplying and we are excited to see City Takers SWLF “raise up urban missionaries who transform cities through hip-hop, love and Jesus.”
