Tre-9 - Eyes On Me

The goal of a disciple is to make disciples…who will make other disciples…who will make other disciples.  If you think about it, the discipleship process is why most of us are Christians today.  Eyes On Me, Inc. is on a mission to spread the gospel of Jesus to under-served and at-risk youth.  Since 2008, Eyes On Me Incorporated has practiced disciple-making with hundreds of Christians and led thousands of lost souls in their profession of faith in Jesus.

In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus instructs His disciples to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (NIV). This biblical mandate, known commonly as the Great Commission, instructs Christians to move outward and make disciples, teaching them in faith and initiating them into fellowship. 

Eyes On Me, Inc. is using a five step process in commissioning youth and adults in Houston, Texas’ most at-risk and disadvantaged areas.  In many of these poor urban neighborhoods, the economy revolves around welfare benefits and drug markets that have created a subculture of violence, perversion & greed.  These areas are crying out for spiritual leadership to roll up its sleeves and reach out.  With an extra emphasis on discipleship in the darkest areas of Houston, we’ve began strategically planting and reproducing churches, raising up leaders and sending them out to make disciples of the next generation.
